The Five Pillars

  • Enrichment

Learn what enrichment is and how meeting enrichment needs underpins everything when it comes to our dogs behaviour

  • Sleep

The amount and quality our dogs sleep affects their mood, tolerance to stress, how they react to the world and their ability to regulate their emotions

  • Eating Patterns

Learn how to establish healthy eating patterns to ensure your dogs gut, mental and emotional health is maintained with simple tweaks to our daily routines

  • Exercise

We all know our dogs need to move but how much is too much and what constitutes as healthy exercise? We should never be physically exercising our dogs while compromising our dogs mental and emotional health

  • Interaction

Our dogs are social animals and it is our role as their C.A.R.E.givers to step up and take responsibility as we guide them through this modern world. Learn how to do this with empathy, kindness and clarity while building a deep connection
